ALICE COOPER And Wife Cancel POWER COUPLES Appearance

February 10, 2005

Alice Cooper and wife Sheryl have cancelled their previously announced appearance at a WISH list "Power Couples" luncheon in Phoenix later this month after they were allegedly informed of the group's agenda which doesn't agree with the Coopers' views. (The WISH list is a group of Republican women who use a pro-choice litmus test when supporting Republican women candidates.)

The Coopers have three children and in their spare time are active in The Solid Rock Foundation — a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to helping youth and teens. They are the proud owners of Cooperstown, a downtown Phoenix restaurant known for its rockin' ribs and great bar-b-que. Alice is frequently seen on local golf courses.
